隱私權政策

本政策說明「果果樂園」（以下稱「本 App」）如何處理資訊。本 App 是給 3 到 6 歲兒童使用的遊戲，不蒐集任何個人資料。
我們不蒐集的資料
本 App 不需要帳號，也不會要求姓名、生日、電子郵件、照片、位置或任何聯絡資料。本 App 沒有廣告、沒有數據分析或追蹤工具，也沒有使用任何第三方 SDK，不會把資料傳給任何人。
存在裝置上的資料
遊戲進度、收集本、每日禮物與偏好設定（語言、音效開關）只存在這台裝置上，不會上傳到任何伺服器。刪除 App 就會一併刪除。
網路
本 App 除了透過 Apple 處理購買以外，不會連線到網路。語音是 App 內建的錄音檔，或由裝置本身的語音功能在本機產生。
購買
「大班」是一次性的 App 內購買，完全由 Apple 處理。我們收不到任何付款或帳號資訊。購買前會先出一道給大人算的題目，避免兒童自己購買。
兒童隱私
本 App 不會向兒童蒐集個人資訊，也沒有聊天、社群或對外連結的功能。若家長或監護人寄信到下方信箱時附上了兒童的個人資訊，我們會協助刪除。
政策更新
若本 App 處理資料的方式改變，我們會更新本頁內容與生效日期。

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Fruit Park (“the app”) handles information. The app is a game for children ages 3 to 6, and it does not collect any personal data.
What we do not collect
The app has no accounts and never asks for a name, birthday, email address, photo, location, or any contact information. There are no ads, no analytics or tracking tools, and no third-party SDKs. No data is sent to anyone.
Data stored on the device
Game progress, the collection book, daily gifts, and settings (language, sound on or off) are stored only on this device and are never uploaded to a server. Deleting the app deletes them.
Network
The app does not connect to the internet, except for purchases handled by Apple. Voices are recordings built into the app, or are generated on the device by its own speech feature.
Purchases
The “Big” level is a one-time in-app purchase handled entirely by Apple. We never receive any payment or account information. Before a purchase, the app shows a question for an adult to solve, so that children cannot buy on their own.
Children’s privacy
The app does not collect personal information from children and has no chat, social, or external link features. If a parent or guardian sends personal information about a child to the email below, we will help delete it.
Changes
If the way the app handles data changes, we will update this page and its effective date.

収集しない情報
本アプリにはアカウントがなく、名前、生年月日、メールアドレス、写真、位置情報、連絡先などを求めることはありません。広告、分析・トラッキングツール、第三者のSDKは使用しておらず、データを誰かに送信することもありません。
端末に保存される情報
ゲームの進み具合、ずかん、毎日のプレゼント、設定（言語、音のオン・オフ）はこの端末にのみ保存され、サーバーには送信されません。アプリを削除すると一緒に削除されます。
ネットワーク
Appleによる購入処理を除き、本アプリはインターネットに接続しません。音声はアプリに内蔵された録音、または端末の音声機能によって端末内で生成されます。
購入
「ねんちょう」は買い切りのアプリ内課金で、すべてAppleが処理します。支払いやアカウントの情報を私たちが受け取ることはありません。購入の前に大人向けの問題を表示し、お子さまが一人で購入できないようにしています。
お子さまのプライバシー
本アプリはお子さまから個人情報を収集せず、チャット、SNS、外部リンクの機能もありません。保護者の方が下記のメールアドレスにお子さまの個人情報を送られた場合は、削除のお手伝いをします。
変更
情報の取り扱い方法が変わる場合は、このページと施行日を更新します。

Esta política explica cómo Parque Frutal (“la app”) trata la información. La app es un juego para niños de 3 a 6 años y no recopila ningún dato personal.
Lo que no recopilamos
La app no tiene cuentas y nunca pide nombre, fecha de nacimiento, correo electrónico, fotos, ubicación ni datos de contacto. No hay anuncios, ni herramientas de análisis o seguimiento, ni SDK de terceros. No se envía ningún dato a nadie.
Datos guardados en el dispositivo
El progreso del juego, el álbum, los regalos diarios y los ajustes (idioma, sonido) se guardan solo en este dispositivo y nunca se suben a un servidor. Al borrar la app, se borran también.
Red
La app no se conecta a internet, salvo para las compras que gestiona Apple. Las voces son grabaciones incluidas en la app o se generan en el propio dispositivo con su función de voz.
Compras
El nivel «Grandes» es una compra única dentro de la app, gestionada por completo por Apple. Nunca recibimos datos de pago ni de la cuenta. Antes de comprar, la app muestra una pregunta para un adulto, para que los niños no puedan comprar solos.
Privacidad de los niños
La app no recopila información personal de los niños y no tiene chat, redes sociales ni enlaces externos. Si un padre, madre o tutor envía información personal de un niño al correo de abajo, ayudaremos a borrarla.
Cambios
Si cambia la forma en que la app trata los datos, actualizaremos esta página y su fecha.
